Terms & Conditions

Prices displayed on a website are in British Pounds.
Payments accepted using PayPal and Debit / Credit Cards via SSL secured checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe.com


Most items which are in stock will be shipped within 2-3 business days after full payment is received.

Dye to Order (DtO) items will ship in 2-3 weeks.

An email be be sent once your order has left our dye house.

Please inform me if you need an item quickly, and I will do my best to have your item(s) shipped ASAP. Extra charge for "Signed For" may apply.

Our products are hand dyed and made in UK. All UK postage is by Royal Mail first class. All items to US (and other countries) are posted by Royal Mail first class airmail (no tracking number).

If you require a tracking number with your order, this can be purchased for an extra fee, directly at the Checkout page.

Deliveries to Europe take on average 3-7 business days (as per Royal Mail usual delivery schedule). Deliveries to the USA take on average 5-15 business days (as per Royal Mail usual delivery schedule).
The standard shipping charge does not include tracking but you can upgrade if you would like this service.

International Customers
All duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility when items are shipped internationally.

Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you find out product not as what described on website and you wish to return the goods, please contact us before sending product back.
Returned products can be exchanged for a goods of same value or fully refunded. Shipping charges are not refunded.
